Amazing backpack!!!

Very comfortable and a fit every thing i need for traveling and work

I got this backpack in May of 2019 and its been with me on my regular commutes to work and other travels, including travels to different countries. Most reliable and sturdy backpack Ive ever had. Unfortunately on my last trip it looks like I loaded up too much in my laptop compartment and the zipper broke (you can see on the picture). It was pretty sad to simply throw away over $100 after just a year of usage, so I gave it a try — I contacted their support on their official website. I only had this amazon proof of purchase, and NO warranty proof/paper/whatever. They simply asked me to send pictures of broken zipper and the whole backpack, and immediately sent me a replacement FOR FREE! No questions asked! Looking forward for using this great backpack for years ahead.

This pack is thoughtfully designed with great construction and materials. It is SLIM, perfect for a laptop, headphones a few books, but not much more.

Gran producto, muy durable y resistente

I have traveled all over the world with this backpack, carrying my 15/16 inch macbook pro, an ipad, noise canceling headphones, chargers, etc. Despite the tens of thousands of miles of travel, it still looks new today. It is comfortable to wear, well organized, and very durable. It is the best backpack for air travel that I have ever had, and would buy it again in a second.
