Subterra Backpack

I got this backpack in May of 2019 and its been with me on my regular commutes to work and other travels, including travels to different countries. Most reliable and sturdy backpack Ive ever had. Unfortunately on my last trip it looks like I loaded up too much in my laptop compartment and the zipper broke (you can see on the picture). It was pretty sad to simply throw away over $100 after just a year of usage, so I gave it a try — I contacted their support on their official website. I only had this amazon proof of purchase, and NO warranty proof/paper/whatever. They simply asked me to send pictures of broken zipper and the whole backpack, and immediately sent me a replacement FOR FREE! No questions asked! Looking forward for using this great backpack for years ahead.

I purchased this to replace an existing OGIO backpack I had been using daily for over 3 years and I loved this pack immediately. It has great versatility and can accommodate a ton of gear. When traveling I typically fill it with two laptops, an iPad, a physical book or magazines, chargers, cables, a dopp kit, etc. and it has plenty of compartments to separate everything.

I like everything about this pack so far. Im pretty picky, but it hits all the marks for me.

Es genial. A lo interno tiene muchos compartimientos pero sin zipper individual, para que lo tengas en cuenta. El spot de laptop es interno, no aparte. Por lo demás, genial.

I bought this bag off Amazon.com, during one of my visits to the US. The bag is really nice and sturdy. Of course, its Thule. But it just didnt work for me. One of the shoulder straps would keep coming off and I will have to readjust the bag pack every 10 steps. :/
