Suburban 232258 2-Prong Electrode Assembly

I bought this to replace on a swd6e model. Fits perfect. I shouldve checked my board first because that was fried, but I installed this in 2 seconds so I decided to keep it. After replacing the board (recommend Dinosaur UIB), my water heater fired right up. So I probably didnt need this part, but it is working great for me.

Was a perfect replacement and fit.

This fix my hard starting water heater it lights every time now. The old one look good but I think the tips of it were worn rounded

I had started shopping new 6 gallon water heaters for my Chinook RV. About $500 when I decided to give this a shot. The ignitor was different, the way it mounted and the direction the prongs pointed (these were up or down, the old one sideways) but after a lot of Macgyvering (a good 30 minutes worth), I got it to mount, and it fired right up. $14 vs. $500. Pretty good deal.
