This is the best invention. Hands down. I made a custom design and was able to easily transfer it to this and make it come to life!

We used this this year for pumpkin carving stencils and had perfectly carved pumpkins! We printed the stencils on the fabric side, peeled and stuck to our pumpkins. The fabric will crinkle a bit since it’s being put on a round object but I was even able to stretch some areas so all the design spots were smooth! Then we carved right through the fabric, following the lines and peeled off when done. Simple and perfect pumpkins - even our kids could easily do this! I will never go back to the poke method again. Give it a try!

I used this for hand embroidery to be able to see my design over black fabric. It adhered well, but was a little stretchy, so it did make some of the stitches look off. I did have problems with it sticking to my needle, which didnt bother me much unless I couldnt put my needle through. I dissolved well, but its kind of thick so it didnt come off all of the way. I used cotton swabs to get the excess off and tried rinsing multiple times. It didnt come out under the satin stitches, so the stitches looked stuck together or most were stuck together and gave the thread a dull finish.

I used this product to embroider on quilt blocks! I traced the pattern using a light board, water soluble pen and pencil onto the Sulky sheet. I also copied the pattern, and used my printer with a Sulky sheet. Make sure you have enough ink in your printer. The adhesive sticks good, does not leave any residue on fabric, even after the material soaks off. You will get some residue on your needle while stitching. I kept an alcohol pad handy to wipe off the residue as needed. I will be using and ordering again as needed.

Well I havent try the product but I did open it and is supposed to be 12 pages of 8.5 by 11 but three of them are damaged still useful some how but now I have less of it and since I dont want to go thru the process of returning it or exchange it cause that would include me going to a location where to send it back I guess I ll keep it but I dont like the fact that I have less material to work with

I think this is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Im currently doing Leah Days machine quilting block party. I havent quilted her style before (I really like it) so I needed to have a good copy of her quilting pattern for each block. Hers are really detailed though so after one try, I knew I needed something accurate and this fits the bill. I was slightly off on my seam on one block, so I printed the design on a sheet of the Sulky and cut it apart before laying it down. Its easy to cut, doesnt stick to itself or other things. I thought it was great! I recommended it to a friend who decided it was not transparent enough for her.

I was able to embroider with great detail and was very happy about that. It’s is much harder to pass a needle through this stuff so the act of hand sewing was not as enjoyable as it usually is.

I wish I had found this years ago. I do a lot of hand embroidery from original designs. I cant draw, but I paste together images I find online and print them out. I have used several methods of transferring the design to fabric, but some detail is always lost. I just created a very detailed design to embroider for my granddaughter, and using the Sulky Stabilizer I was able to get all the details onto the fabric. It does add some weight to the fabric, but not enough to be a problem. And I dont have to worry about distorting the picture when I stretch it in my hoop. I didnt rate ease of removal because I havent finished it yet.

I purchased this self adhesive and then learned that there are some counterfeits out there that might ruin your project and not dissolve. I tested the product before I started my project and was so pleased that it dissolved just as it should!!!
