No more watching for dark to turn on and off the light switch. . You know how it is: your forget to turn off the switch when daylight comes. NOT anymore! on at dusk off at dawn . All by itself. These bulbs were (technically free, I i will make up the expense in electric cost.

Work well and come on/go off with proper lighting to activate dusk to dawn response. Some bulbs stay on after light is sufficient; these dont. Very satisfied.

Brightness

comes on at night. goes off in the day. such a great ideal. made my life so much easier.

Our outdoor floodlight fixture has two sockets. I was a little concerned when ordering how having two of these in the same fixture would (or wouldnt) work, thinking that the light from one might confuse the other in to turning off and that they might go back and forth like that. But they work perfectly, no issues. Very happy to now be using only 30 watts (2x15) on an as-needed basis instead of the old 180 watt (2x90) bulbs that we left on 24/7.

The light bulbs are bright. The dusk to dawn function works perfectly. I am very pleased.

I wish that I had found these sooner! My backyard is covered with trees and is so dark. I thought about getting some motion detecting lights but didnt like the thought of having to wait for somebody to get too close for them to come on. I got these instead. As soon as sun goes down, these come on. Bright but not too bright, easy to install and definitely the right price. Great purchase!
