A multimeter can be used to get a go/no go indication of a good or bad capacitor. This tester gives you real values and is very compact. It also comes with its own built in leads and with two alligator clips.

Worked amazing! Saved $500 in service fees! Very happy to have fixed our AC Myself. I would like to test it in some other capacitors to really put it through its paces.

It shows no numbers!! I only got one number read since I had it!
