I received these at my baby shower and I really had no idea what they were for. As a first time mom working over 70 hours a week during my pregnancy, I did not have much time to research baby products and methods for caring for babies like swaddling, wearing baby, etc. I just thought these were summer baby blankets. These are so so so wonderful. And these are so much more than baby blankets. These are great for swaddling, cover for nursing, cover for shade from sun and wind (I attached it over the stroller handle and car seat to make a triangle shade for my kid), sweat barrier between baby and stroller seat, towel for baby, burp cloth in a pinch, pillow (roll it up and make as big or as small), and yes, a baby blanket. These are high quality muslin swaddles. The fabric hols up nicely and just gets softer and softer with every wash. I purchased these for a good friend for her baby shower as I am now convinced that every new mom needs a pack of these. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these. A tip for new moms: Open this box up, wash it, and then sleep with it several nights to get your mommy smell on it. Your baby will respond to the smell of his/her mommy.

These swaddles are huge, so we have to fold them into a giant triangle to swaddle our infant daughter. But they also double as a breastfeeding cover due to their size, so its not entirely inconvenient. Outside of how big they are theyre easy to use, lightweight and soft. Their designs are cute too.

These are the BEST swaddle blankets. Large, pure white. Super soft. They wash up beautifully. I personally love the way they wrinkle up when washed. These are well made. Hemmed all around, and the hems have stayed intact. Big, soft silky tags are attached that show you how to swaddle, which is nice, and then they can easily be cut off. These blankets are so useful and versatile. They would make a nice gift.

I was gifted the same brand of Muslin blankets for my baby shower a few years ago and was so glad I got them! So when my cousin got pregnant, it was a no brainer gift item for her. Theyre huge and they get softer every time you wash them. I used them for everything; swaddling, burp/spit cloths, breastfeeding cover, and my daughter used it as a lovey for upwards of almost 2 years! They still held strong but soft and I would buy them again in a heartbeat!

We have quite the collection of the more famous (and expensive) brand muslin swaddles left over from my second child. When I had my third child, we knew we wanted to swaddle again, but my son still uses the other swaddles as blankies for bedtime. I didnt want to traumatize him by taking all his blankies away to use for the new baby, but I also didnt want to shell out a ton of money for all-new swaddles when we already had a big collection, so I decided to take my chances on the lower-priced but well-reviewed SwaddleDesigns. What do you know? These are just as fine as the other brand of swaddles. They fluff up nice in the washer and dryer, and--most importantly for us since I tend to have kids that plump up quickly in the first 6 months--theyre just as big as the other ones, roughly 46 or 47 square, depending on how they shrink when washed. Smaller swaddles at the same price point as these just dont last us as long for swaddling purposes. Its only been a little over 2 months, but with daily use theyve held up well--no holes, tears, or anything. One thing I somewhat dislike about them is that the printed designs are much lighter and subtle than others on the market. The designs are cute but not overpowering. If you want big, brightly printed swaddles, youll be disappointed. However, I did buy these for function, not design, so I wont deduct a star for that--plus I have nothing against the designs themselves and will probably end up buying another set soon. I think Ill be recommending and buying these as gifts for new moms over other brands for now on.

So in my sleep deprived new mom state I bought these thinking I was getting a deal on Aiden & Anais blankets like the ones I already have and like to swaddle baby in. I’m glad I didn’t read the description well bc I love these blankets so much more. They are beautiful patterns, when washed just once they become so soft (softer than the A&A brand), and they are slightly larger so They are more versital-all for half the price of the popular A&A blankets. I highly recommend them and wish I had a need to buy more.

Ive used and been gifted many brands of swaddle blankets and these are my familys favorite. I purchased a couple new ones after being introduced to them via Amazon this year, and had to purchase a couple more for my toddler for use during naps at school. They are lightweight and we use them for swaddling, naps, the car or airplane. We love them.

I would recommend a few of these blankets for Ny new mom. They are fantastic. I love that they are breathable. My daughter quickly chose these blankets as her favorites and wont go without one. I have bought 7 now. She loves to chew on them. They are great for an extra thin layer during summer or winter.

We love this brand nothing was wrong with product. But was able to find cheaper product as another store while waiting for this item.

I love these!! I feel like I missed he boat not having these with my other kids. They’re light weight and work great for swaddling, a light blanket clipped over the stroller or car seat or a million other uses. They wash up great and can easily be doubled if you need a warmer blanket. Just as good as expensive brands but so cheap!
