This is NOT the first product, I have used Swifter both dry and clean before, and they are all great. A must for household cleaning and saving time.

Been using these mops for several years. This one however had issues. first off: this came from Canada and has 0 instructions in English! Secondly, all the others (4) Ive purchased ran on 4-AAA batteries. This one only 2-AAA batteries, and it didnt work!! I ended up finding that the contacts in the battery compartment werent making contact, so I had to gently bend them into the correct position. Now it works fine..Luckily I didnt need any instructions. But theres no excuse...We live in America..an English speaking country

This is great for spot cleaning. It is light and pretty easy to turn corners with and cleans spots well but I still need a mop to deep clean.

I didnt know the cleaning solution was scented, it smells like Im rubbing perfume on the floor. I wish this just came with an unscented cleaning solution. The mop is pretty good but doesnt seem great for deep cleaning.

Light weight, very effective and floors seem to stay cleaner a little longer. Goes through the liquid a bit quickly, but otherwise, good.

It’s so gray for spot mopping . But, also I feel like it cleans better than my normal mop

I bought it for him so he could stop using a basic mop and he loves it

I love my swifter wet jet. It is not a replacement for deep cleaning with a mop when need be but it is great for quick use when trying to maintain or clean up when ur in a hurry or just don’t feel like dragging out the mop and bucket. It does not work great on laundry room or bathroom floor because it does tend to push some of the hair or lint around instead of picking it up. But overall I am able go longer before dragging out the rag mop and I really appreciate that as I get older. Always vacuum or sweep first fir best results.
