I rebuild fishing reels. Quick deburring gears and polishing tarnish off. Final buffing with fine abrasive brings the metals to jewelry shine.

I am very pleased with these grinding disks. They work realy well for a final sanding. Manderals fit fine. Will buy again.

This is a nice set of discs at a good price. Bristle discs do a great job on contours and hard to reach places. These discs do wear but last a long time compared with other options. They are versatile in that you can use one for intricate work or stack them to cover more area. You can stack three discs on the provided mandrels. I like that there are six mandrels included so that I can mount each grit on its own mandrel. The organizer box is a handy addition.

Personal opinion grit numbers are lower then mentioned. HOWEVER they are worth it for sure especially when considering the cost on another site Rio.....

We are not too impressed with these disks. They wear out very quickly and changing them out so quickly makes it a pain. I do not think it is a manufacturers defect, it’s just maybe we expected too much.

The product description says its better than other rotary tool abrasives. Dont get me wrong, these do work, but they get used up rapidly under any use application that has a high RPM. I would suggest only using these at the lowest speeds and for situations where you need to get in a gap that cant be done with other bits, sanders, or brushes. If you can use a different option, then do that. I wouldnt be so critical if the cost for the item wasnt nearly $20. Its just a lot of money for something that is going to be consumed RAPIDLY if used heavily at all.

these are holding up pretty well.....certain grits that i use the most need replenishing soon......but overall great value. 3M are nice but wayyyyy to expensive for what they are.......these are pretty much just as good
