> 24 hourThe is the nicest, best designed piece of luggage I’ve ever seen. Everything about it screams quality and convenience. I’ve owned hard cases before but never one quite like this. It’s modern and sleek and pretty much indestructible. The material is strong and durable while still having a little flexibility so it’s not going to end up dented. The wheels are more like wings. Seriously, rolling this case around is effortless like it’s flying. The handles pull out just a bit when you need to use them then snap back flat when you let go. The little attached pouch on the back is genius. It unzips to hold a portable charger and has a small hole to run a cord through to charge your device. There’s also a luggage tag holder that slides in and out. The interior has plenty of room and can be expanded to add more space. The expansion is brilliant. Instead of adding a few inches of weak material or fabric, the case remains structured and strong when expanded. There are three zippered pockets on one side and the main area has elastic straps to hold your clothing in place. I really like that there is padding under that area rather than just a piece of fabric. It protects your items from being pressed into the metal bars of the pull out handle. The final level of security is the combination lock which is easy to set and holds the zipper pulls securely. Those pulls also come together when locked and you can put a padlock through them. I’m thrilled with this piece of luggage. The quality is superb and the thought and care that went into the design are noticeable and appreciated. It’s a pricier piece but it’s worth it to keep everything safe and secure, and it will probably outlive me.

> 24 hourSo I finally decided to splurge on a Briggs and Riley (that warramty), after tossing money at cheap luggage for 30 years...I originally bought the Baseline soft sided with the matching duffle; LOVED the color (olive and tan) and the duffel was SO spacious. BUT, I returned both after packing the carryon suitcase for a 3 week trip to Italy. Why? Because it tips over once packed. Its all about the wheel positioning....if you open the Baseline and lay it flat to pack you see it has all 4 wheels on one side of the bag. So once you close the 2 sides, the weight from the section without wheels causes it to tip forward. Doesnt matter if you pack the heavy items on the bottom...I tried four times! So I returned and reluctantly bought this hard sided version (I wanted soft sided as I own a set of cheaper Italian hard side luggage) because as you see, 2 wheels are in one side of the bag and 2 on the other, offering a perfect balance once packed. Oddly the back wheels are larger than the front, sont know why but doesnt affect the way it rolls or stands up. The compression function is amazing! Ive been traveling 3 weeks now in Italy with this suitcase and a backpack (Im 5w yrs young) and it has help up spectacularly on cobble stone streets and firs as a carryon in all planes so far. Its easy to lift into the trains with handles conveniently placed. the extender handle goes pretty high so tall people will love it; you can adjust it lower as well (which I do since Im only 55). The color is beautiful and I dont see one scratch on it.

> 24 hourAfter recently encountering bed bugs while traveling (pro tip: don’t use Airbnb, they’ll do absolutely nothing to help you if you get bitten by bed bugs since they’re not regulated like hotels - trust me I learned the hard way), I decided to take the precautionary step of throwing away all of my luggage. I now needed new luggage, and having used Samsonite in the past I decided to see what they had. I was less than impressed with their newest gear. I came across Briggs & Riley and was initially taken back by the cost difference at first, but realized through my research they command the added cost because of the quality, durability and of course - the lifetime warranty.

> 24 hourIts zipper broke after one round trip. Also, when its CX compression system makes weird noises like its springs are rusted. Also, Manoeuvrability on full load is not that great, it doesnt remain in straight line when moving.

> 24 hourJust returned from 4 weeks in Mali, Africa with this suitcase traveling hundreds of miles throughout Mali. My suitcase of choice has been Briggs & Riley for many years and I have never had a complaint with any of them. 40 years of international travel in over 80 countries many many times.

> 24 hourThis Briggs & Riley Sympatico line of hardside luggage is very sturdy and not too heavy. I like knowing that I wont be needing to buy new luggage every few years. Briggs & Riley have unconditional lifetime guarantee and you dont need to keep a record of the original receipt. Id rather shop for quality luggage once rather than buying new luggage every few years when the wheels or handles fail.

> 24 hourI was referred to this luggage by a friend. Works perfectly and exactly as described. I only wish it came in the Hunter Green like my Torq. Excellent product and well worth the price.
