I’ve never had hard luggage before. I heard about this brand and was looking to upgrade my Victorinox luggage due to some issues. At first I thought, this is not going to fit everything but to my amazement, it not only fit everything but then some, and it was nice and organized. I didn’t feel like I was shoving stuff in! Having another side (front side of luggage) was like having another piece of luggage. I have a spine injury so it’s hard to move and get things from Point A to Point B, but this moved like it was gliding across the pavement and airport!!! I’m so happy with this luggage!!! To make it even better it came in this beautiful plum color.

Almost everything about this case feels exceptional quality, something you notice the moment you open the box and see that it’s delivered in its own soft-touch drawstring bag to keep it pristine when not in use. Nice touch.

Holds a surprising amount of items, Beautiful design, and all around it just looks and feels luxurious. Is there other luggage that can do the same for cheaper? Absolutely, but the quality is top notch.

Looked at Rimowa and picked this due to 70/30 split compartment unavailable in both Rimowas and Tumi.. no regrets.. well made smooth wheels good use of interior space.

For years I invested in Samsonite and I did not buy the cheapest model and that turned out to be a waste of money. I love Briggs and Riley. It really is a great bargain and a great piece of travel equipment. Sturdy, easy to push or pull around no mater how heavy I packed it!

The handle doesn’t work well. It doesn’t always lock into place so randomly lowers while you’re moving it. The button also protrudes more than other bags so it’s easier to hit it when walking. The zipper lock is also quite finicky and doesn’t always push in. The internal design is not great. The zippered section ends up wasting a lot of space because it’s nearly impossible to get anything into the corners. The only good thing about this bag is the compression system, which works pretty well. Overall, much lower quality than what I’m used to from the brand.
