It had a smell to it when first arrived/opened (that funny petroleum smell or whatever) but after we aired it out it seems ok. Worth the price we paid for all the stuff! The hats will probably fit fine on small and medium size dogs, but I dont think itll fit a large dogs head. Happy Birthday furballs!!

Everything was great quality. The plastic “needle” was helpful getting the string through the banners. The sticky tabs kept the banner in place on a windy day too
