The balloons and banner had a little bit of a funky smell to them but otherwise everything else is as advertised! The banner doesn’t come strung up but they provide you with a plastic hook and ribbon and it’s easy to do!

I enjoyed using everything for my baby boys 1st birthday. He looked super cute for the few minutes he would tolerate that hat. Balloons were nice and added a little fun for the kids.
