> 3 dayIt was pretty, but the software wasn’t installed on it. I had our IT person look at it. The return process was much more difficult than most with Amazon and we didn’t have the correct drop off place within walking distance of where I live so it was just a waste of money (I can’t drive).

> 3 dayBought this to use to transfer embroidery designs to my machine and it doesnt work at all. Thought it was my machine at first, but then we tried it just transferring a photo from my laptop to his and nothing. This one should be removed from here. Its a waste of money.
