I plugged it into my laptop, saved approximately 100 photos; and then it went kaput. Completely unrecognizable. I have a few tech savvy friends, and none of them were able to do anything to fix the mysterious problem. To make it worse, I paid for the extended warranty and have yet to receive the documents that will enable me to recoup my losses. Thankfully, it was a relatively inexpensive item. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
