TEMO 10 pc Carbon Steel 3/4 Inch Flat Wire Brush #428 1/8 Inch Shank for Dremel and Other Rotary Tools

I used these for the first time yesterday to clean up some spots on some stainless steel cookware that oven cleaner wouldnt touch and to remove some deeply embedded rust from a pair of pliers. Everything worked out perfectly. I used a Dremel at 15,000 - 20,000 RPM and the wire wheel didnt loose too many strands. Ive used both the Dremel and Temo wheels successfully. The Temo seems to have a coarser wheel (thicker wire). I tried using higher than 20,000 RPM and lost more brush strands than I would have with the Dremel, but this was an experiment, I usually dont use a wire wheel at that speed. For the about $0.80 a brush its a good deal.

The Temo brushes fit the Demel perfectly. The petite size allowed use into narrow places. Having used slower speeds on brass and copper welding residues, these brushes lasted well and as expected or better. These soft brass brushes are pleasingly gentle and did not scratch or mar the multi-metal sculpture. Recommended.

So far so good. Will see how they hold up.

The bristles become tiny projectiles at all Dremil speeds. They also embedded easily in synthetic garb and will annoy you every time you wear that garment.

I use these with my Foredom flex-tool, and a bit of vinegar, to get calcite encrustations off my quartz crystal plates (No, not the plates that you eat on). I can really get the bristles deep inside the quartz cavities, and let these brushes do their work. Very pleased with this purchase!

These brushes do what they are supposed to do as NYLON brushes which is to be used on softer materials. They perform extremely well when used with common sense and do the job they were made to do extremely well. AND: they are a tremendous bargain. Thanks Golden Coulee and Amazon for a great deal!

Great buy. Much more economical than buying locally. Work just as well. Ive purchased these more than once. Will buy again.

Love these. Ive been using them to remove paint from the edges of trim. They do not destroy the wood and takes all of the paint away. Ive seen individual items that are $10 each, and dont last as long for the application. One of these did the whole door frame. I know, use painters tape. But I didnt and this saved me.

Worked as well as some name-brand brushes Ive used, and far less expensive.
