The Great Gatsby 1974 edition

This is the best version made. Awesome deal!

This movie is just excellent HOWEVER the photo and description do not match. Everything on the page points toward this being the Leonardo DiCaprio version, except the photo of the Robert Redford version. One star for the mixup.

Nice old movie, the quality of the DVD is very good as well.

Hreat acting and costumes...and a young Robert Redfod. Never really much of a Mia Farrow famd, but I cannot imagine anyone else for the role. Certainly not your happily, everafter romance. Shows a part of society tbst had everything, except reality-

Terrible DVD quality. DVD keep freezing the first time that I played it despite cleaning it a number of times.

Sticks closely to book. Beautiful clothes, homes, cars. Ralph Lauren designed the clothes for Gatsby. Feels like the 1920s.

This is my FAVORITE Great Gatsby. There are others but Robert Redford does it best!
