Greater than one weekAt least with F. Scott Fitzgeralds book, there was enough substance to keep reading, but this was too much in-your-face noise thrown at you. I get that it was to be a 20s era, but enough with the loud party scenes, just so that costuming can assault your senses. Acting was cold. There was no more personality in Redfords performance than that of Mia Farrow. Both characters came across that they had signed up to do the movie, but they left passion at home. I find it hard to recommend this movie.

> 3 dayHreat acting and costumes...and a young Robert Redfod. Never really much of a Mia Farrow famd, but I cannot imagine anyone else for the role. Certainly not your happily, everafter romance. Shows a part of society tbst had everything, except reality-
