I bought 2 of these towels for my car and the measuerment is not in relation to what is advertised. I bought a pack of five 16x16 and pack of two 20x40. I was totally disappointed. one was 14.5 x14.5, and i am being generous here and the other was 36x 18! In 2019 I bought two 20x40 and they were bigger than this. I just dont have time to find them now to take a photo for comparison. This is a rip off Rag Company. . This is the objective of the Rag Company according to their website: To ensure your satisfaction we guarantee our products and ensure excellence in value and service. Throw that line in the garbage. 1 star is i star too many. I am really upset and disappointed.

Glad 2 came, 1 wouldnt cut it. Does very good using one for first pass and second to get what little remains and leaves a streak free end! Great beginners drying towels that wont scratch. I still use a detail spray lightly misted before use for lubrication and to help reduce swirls/scratches.

Let me start out by saying I love the rag company and all their products. Their towels are some of the highest quality towels you will find anywhere and I feel very confident about using them on even the most expensive vehicles. But. While these towels are super soft right out of the package there seems to be some strange solvent used on them in the manufacturing process. The package recommends washing before use. And when I did I used just about a half a teaspoon worth of soap. But when I passed by the washing machine on the rinse cycle it was FULL of soap suds. I ended up having to run 5 rinse cycles while scooping out soap after each agitation cycle to get the water to run clear. I have never had that happen with any other microfiber towels I’ve bought from there and I know it’s not because I used too much soap. So I’m not sure what they do when manufacturing these towels that fills them with solvents but regardless the towels work amazingly. Just prepare to put a lot of effort in to the first wash cycle with these towels I guess.

Weave and absorbency are great. But be prepared, the color isnt true white. My white towels were a very light shade of purple, kind of like when someone throws something in the washing machine that will run color. I really was hoping to find it true white since it will hang out in my bathroom every day. I use the EverydayCheapskate method of shower cleaning where I dissolved all hard water mineral deposits in Nov 2019, with vinegar and Dawn, and wipe down the fiberglass shower surround every day after showering. 14 months later this cleaning method is still perfect with only the daily drying as upkeep. A good absorbent towel is a valuable tool. So the fabric weave and quick drying is absolutely perfect for my purpose, just wish the white didnt look like it was 10 years old out of the package.

This does a very poor job at drying. I get through two panels of the car and it seems to already be full of water and causes water to streak up on the surface. Needless to say I had to go over the car again with another brand of drying towel. I’ve used a few brands of drying towels and this has got to be the worst of them all. I do think The Rag Company does a great job with other products but this isn’t one of them.

The best product out there. Very soft! Perfect absorbency. I’m very happy with this purchase!

I hate water spots, and in the heat of summer, you dont have much time to get the spots before drying on hot glass. this is a quality towel that makes window cleaning fast and easy. I love the towels.
