While I would prefer Thermal Grizzly liquid metal, as I have seen some SUPER chilly results from that, it’s not recommended to use liquid metal on copper cold plates. That’s where this stuff comes in and really takes the lead. I’m very impressed with my thermals under max load on a 3700x! You can no go wrong buying the bigger tubes of this stuff, it works great!!

Kryonaut employs a unique structure that prevents drying out at high temperatures of up to 80°C.
