Its just SILLY how much of a difference this is making - I recently upgraded my AIO water-cooler to the inexpensive cooler-master with the 240mm radiator, cooling a socket 1366 XEON X5670 - overclocking to 4.56Ghz (turbo), @ 1.36v - full load BARELY breaks 40c, idles (with c-states, power savings enabled, etc) are 18-20c - granted my ambients are kept pretty cool, i wont use anything but this stuff going forward on my tier 1 components.
