Thorne Ultimate-E - Contains All of The Natural Forms of Vitamin E - 60 Gelcaps

I purchased these from iHerb but wanted to let my Amazon friends know that these are too big for comfortable swallowing and they caused extreme nausea. I returned them and I do not recommend them.

I was looking for a supplement to take and my doctor recommended Ultimate-E supplement to me and I love it!

Like that these are small capsules that go down very easy.

For a supplement at this price point, I was more than discouraged to find it caused intense nausea. My inexpensive but effective (and now not available) Trader Joe’s supplement was light years better. Bummed!!

These capsules are just huge!!! Even though it is a capsule very difficult to swallow. Im sure it is probably a great product!! Now wanting to waste I take a pin and puncture one end and squeeze into my smoothie. Going back to other I was using. Same dosage, capsule was 1/3 of the size.

I have been using this brand for years as recommended by my health care providers.
