I needed a backpack that would be durable because the zipper on my 20 year old Targus backpack failed. This backpack met ALL my expectations. Quality leather & stitching. Very roomy, with convenient pockets. Zippers work smooth without snagging. If I could suggest anything for improvement… please add a chest strap that clips together to help the shoulder harnesses pull together when wearing it. It would make it easier on your shoulders. I used my strap from my old backpack. Regardless, you get what you pay for in this backpack.
