> 3 dayIf I could give this ZERO stars, I would. We followed the directions exactly as they state and every single color rinsed completely off after setting for 24hrs except the blue! My kids were sooo heartbroken that their design they spent time on washed right out!

> 3 dayUsed a blend of cotton and polyester and was I disappointed. Thought this kit would have saved me a trip to Michaels because of all the good reviews. However each one just washed right out and any shirt that had any red is now stained a light pink. They look awful! Thought this would have worked for a blended fabric since it came up when I looked it up, but no! Overall the kit was good and came with everything but it was just a waste of money to me.

Greater than one weekEven though the packs of powder dye are sealed and then in another package as well, we had powder all over the inside of our box! The rubber bands looked fine/clean but we put them on our shirts before wetting and quickly found out there was actually pink dye on the rubber bands, and now all over our shirts. If we used our own rubber bands this wouldnt have happened, and if I used gloves before opening the box it wouldnt have been on my fingers. The kit was fairly simple to use, put the powder in the bottles, add water to the line, shake and use! The bottles AND powder packs are labeled by color which was nice! I do feel like after sitting over night, rinsing then washing the color is a bit faded and not as bright as I would like but it was cheap dye so Im not surprised or complaining, just informing others.

> 3 daySo my cousin married this woman and they are having a baby. But they dont want to find out the sex of the baby and are particularly choosy about everything in life. However they love tie-dye. So I found a set 1-12 month onesie right here on Amazon. I then looked for tie-dye kits that contain powdered dye in a variety of colors. As you can see I wanted a different color for every onesie. I used an ice dye method and it worked perfectly. One packet per onesie. This was perfect! (here is a tip, pre-wash your material, keep it wet, then soak it in a bucket of soda ash water for 24 hours, keep it wet when rolling pre-dying, pack ice on top of your project and sprinkle some of dye powder. If you want one color like I did then use one packet, if you want to mix-and-match make sure you dont overlap the different packets of dye when putting on your project otherwise you may get mud. Cover project with the plastic and let ice melt & dye soak in for as long as you can stand. I usually do a day. Then get ready to rinse forever with cold water.)

Greater than one weekI bought this specifically to tie dye a queen sized cotton blanket. Despite following the directions to the letter, none of the color stayed save a few splotches of red. Very disappointed.

> 3 dayWell, tie dye with two five year olds & a 7 year old is not easy, but this product made it a lot better!! The kids loved doing the shirts. Bottles are about the right size. The colors were vibrant.
