Comes with the bottles, packets of powered colors you pour in the bottles and add water, rubber bands, plastic gloves and plastic sheeting to protect your work area. My grandchildren and my children made tie dye t-shirts for suicide awareness and prevention after the loss of my son. Therapeutic and resourceful, attention getting colors.

> 3 dayThese colors worked well. Only complaint is that it is time consuming and a bit messy to put the powders in the bottles. Luckily we did it outside. And the bonus we got for this work was an interesting confetti effect. Since some powder spilled on the ground, we took our wet shirts hats whatever, hand dabbed the the powder mix with the cloth. Fun new designs.
