> 3 dayThe wood handle came damaged, it’s usable but is all scuffed up. They also cut it bad, and then tried to cover it with a metal cap, yet left splinters poking up the shaft, thus making the bad cutting job obvious. Some of the stitches look like they will go shortly, however they have not yet because I’ve not had to use it too many times yet...all in all it could have been a great umbrella if they paid a bit more attention to detail.

Greater than one weekI used this thing maybe seven times and the button that keeps it closed broke. Very disappointing since that is obviously a critical part of an umbrella. I would request a refund or replacement but I dont even see an option to do that. So it was just a waste of money.
