I generally hate this kind of stuff. Im always looking for multipurpose items, not a fan of cheap plastic stuff, and I almost never buy anything with a cutesy animal on it if I can avoid it. But damn if my daughter doesnt love this thing. Shes two, and was TERRIFIED of using the big potty. We tried other potty seats, but I could tell that she was afraid she was going to fall, and hated not having something to hold on to. She also really wanted to get onto the potty herself, and didnt want me to help. I ordered one of these things and she loved it! A few months later, and Ive bought two more (one for our other bathroom, and one for grandmas house). Its plastic, not super well made but fine for what I need, and she loves the stupid bear. So you might be looking for a more elegant solution, but just get the damn bear chair. Your kid will love it.

Weve been searching for the potty training seat for our toys and really want to live this ladder seat b/c it allows them to climb up and use the toilet themselves. However, there are a couple design flaws make me have to return it. 1. This seat is not steady for LO to climb up. Every time when my son tried to climb up, he ended up moving the seat around. Its quite dangerous. 2. The ladder is bit narrow. So just imagine your LOs have to climb up facing the toilet, then they have to somehow turn their faces away from the toilet and pulled down their pants while standing on a wobbly ladder. NO, NO, NO 3. The pee guard doesnt work well for boys. 4. This one might not apply to everyone. But if your LO has skinny butt like my 2yr old, then this seat is too big for them.

My 1 year old still hasn’t actually gone on it, but I like it. Fits perfectly over the toilet seat.

Good product overall just takes up a lot of spaces as it doesn’t fold away completely

This potty chair is easy to assemble and durable. It folds easily and it’s great if you have a smaller bathroom.

My kid picked this one out! I think that helped with her starting to go on the potty. She WANTED to use her new seat. It is easy to put together. We have a rug in front of the potty so we have to adjust the training seat a bit but nothing that would cause any messes. The step stool is terrific. Toddler is able to get on alone if needed. I’d definitely recommend as we had both the small potty training toilet and a cushion you set on top. This is the one seat that actually got us going all the time without any crying!

Great chair for potty training. My toddler loves it! Fits the toilet well and easy for my toddler to get up and down on his own.
