Great light for shaving, no makeup wearers in house so not sure if this is the right light. pleasant color not the alien white light some LEDs have. They do however have a very noticeable hum/buzz sound. Over time could become rather annoying. Lost one star for noise...

> 3 dayI have 2-6 bulb fixtures in the master bathroom. Dissapointed in the longevity of the bulb! They start flickering (strobe light effect) long before they burn out making it impossible to be in the bathroom for any length of time. Sorry I can not recommend this bulb no matter what the energy savings is.
