Requires experience with disassembly of PSP 1001 model. With that the part does function completely.

I received the first one and as soon as I turned it on to test it before putting the unit back together, I noticed a blotch in the upper-left corner. So I sent it in for a replacement. When I received the second one, I installed it, and it looks FLAWLESS!

Loved how cheap it was to replace my old screen ty for keeping prices cheap! It works very well after installing no problems once so ever you are only getting the stock configuration screen no back light on it etc

This is so much better than original LCD. It’s only took me about 10 min LCD replacement. Just search it up YouTube for instruction video.
