The umbrella works fine but arrived with a flaw in the color pattern. There was a white area in the middle of the stripes. Since I needed the umbrella, I tried to fix the spot with Sharpies. That didn’t work very well though. I should have returned it because it cost too much to have such an obvious flaw.

This windproof umbrella really works! It was purchased for a disabled person who uses a motorized scooter. He needed an umbrella he could carry on his handle bars that would open & close easily and not invert in heavy rain & wind. He also needed an umbrella he could handle with one hand & light enough to hold while driving his scooter. The Totes 70MPH Auto Open Close umbrella fit all requirements. It is sturdy & better made than other brands of umbrellas he had in the past. He has had the umbrella for about a month. With all the rain & wind storms weve had this spring, he has used the umbrella several times. He reports it worked super & is the best umbrella he has ever had. If time proves this umbrella continues to hold up in wind, would definitely buy again.

Totes makes high quality umbrellas and this one is definitely one of their best. It opens and closes quickly and easily. The size is perfect to keep a single person dry while still being compact when closed. I highly recommend this umbrella.

Ad says 43 inch coverage. --Not so. Coverage diameter is only 39.5. Otherwise appears to be a well-made product.

This was my second TOTES unbrella Ive had one then last for years years. But Ive lost it. I am so happy now.

Great umbrella. I have used it very high winds with no issue. My office is near the shore and winds during storms tend to be much higher than inland. . The umbrella has held up well. Much better than buying the cheap umbrellas at the drugstore and then having then break after two rainstorms.

Just bought Wild Rose colored umbrella, which was described as large 43 canopy. But what I received is regular 35 canopy umbrella. So the description is incorrect.

Travel

I had one of these for a while before it got stolen. (Yeah, its that good) So I bought a new one and right in time for the city monsoon that swept through. These umbrellas really are great when it comes to wind and they dont fold and break and end up deserted in the street pitifully. I also like how it folds up all neat and looks sexy in use. Yes, invest in a good umbrella and stop gettin rained on fam.
