Ended up messing up lcd trying to seperate

To think my daughters iPad mini has been cracked for years and it was this simple .. now my son can use it.

I was not too sure of myself but turned out fairly simple and included everything I needed already assembled together so it wasnt easy to mess up. Apple was going to charge me < couple hundred for what I ended up doing myself.

the toch screen was not working ao i found this and when it came here i installed it and the toch was back this nice

I was concerned considering the price of this item whether it would be actually what i needed or not and if it would actually work. They hit the nail on the head with this one. It installed relatively easily considering the task. It came with every tool needed except for the heat gun to remove the old digitizer, which if it is already broken then the heat gun wasnt necessary. It also included a glass screen protector which wasnt at all expected.

Product had giant dead region in digitizer. Also, no reference to instructions. Plenty of YouTube videos show how to install, but nothing referenced in the package.

Unfortunately I received a faulty product. And as a result my home button nor my lock screen button worked. Disappointing!

After a month of use the screen began touch ghosting on parts of the screen. Disappointed on how quickly it failed.
