The screen replacement went great over all, but after the first day the iPad wouldn’t work. The iPad couldn’t be turned off with the power button without having to reset it The home button also wouldn’t work half the time. But normal function of the screen did work. Was able to play games like normal. Adhesion was good with the exception of the bottom of the screen around the home button. Install was just as easy as any other screen.

Its a good quality glass and digitizer with IC chip pre-install makes it easier to repair. I would recommend this seller and product.

My kids have broken their iPad screens so many times I got tired of paying $90+ every time so I thought I would give this a try. I watched a few YouTube videos and was able to do myself! This will save me so much money! First time I tried it I didn’t attach the harnesses enough so the touch screen wouldn’t respond but the screen lit up so I redid it and works perfectly! Highly recommend

Look. This isnt the easiest thing to do but it is way harder without instructions and all the parts that you need to do the job. I was able to find a few videos online and figured out how to do it but It would have been nice to have some key parts to finish the job. My new screen was missing the adhesive strips that you need to reattach. Some of the tools that were necessary were also missing. In the end, it was fine but it is annoying to have just completed the repair and still have to figure out how to attach the screen on my own. Seriously- No instructions and no adhesive strip? WTF?

Super easy to install and it works perfect. Still need to be careful to take apart and install but it’s not super hard.

Fair price works as described

So Im no tech savvy person as a fair warning. I needed to replace our screen that had been cracked for a few years. It started small buy grew larger over time (duh, of course it did). The screen aerived as expected. It didnt come with directions but in this day you can Google anything. I searched youtube for a how-to video to replace a screen on ipad mini. It was so simple to follow and I felt like a boss after I fixed it. My only problem is that the bottom of my screen isnt working correctly. Im not sure if it is the screen that was sent to me or a malfunction on my end. But everything worked out until I closed it all up. I even took it back apart and tried again. I believe the screen is pushed in or something is going on to where the iPad thinks its being touched on the bottom of the screen. But like I said, Im not tech savvy.

Seems to be really solid. Good price, and the tools worked reasonably well. PLEASE have a bit of repair experience before attempting this so you dont break your things.
