Touch Screen Digitizer Replacement for Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 SM-T350

I ordered this a while ago and finally got around to installing it yesterday. The disassembly is tedious, especially if your screen is severely shattered -as mine was. The install itself went ok, followed the directions on various youtube vids. The problem came after hooking up the new digitizer. Unfortunately, the back button is non functional. I tested it prior to locking everything down so I was able to validate that the cable connection was securely in place and all other aspects work as it should. I even tried cleaning the connections on both sides but it appears to have been a quality control issue from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, since I took so long to do the repair I am out of whatever warranty period, even though I just opened the package yesterday. After all that work, I find myself in the market for one again.

Easy to use

I had 2 broken tablets and was not going to buy new. I did some research and this was recommended. I took the risk because of the price. Once I got it I was very intimidated about doing it myself as I am not tech savvy to say the least. So now that it has been a month, I sat down and did it myself. NOT A PROBLEM. Did both of them in a little over an hour. The first took much longer just because I was sweating bullets, but it worked like a charm. Would highly recommend.

I have replaced a few, glass covers on many devices for my family. I have to say this screen was by far the best. It was packed with care, it came with all the tools. it came withe the adhesive strips on the unit and it fit like a glove

This is my second screen I installed myself. As long as u order the coolcube one, it comes w everything.
