I love the design of these earbuds, they fit comfortably and seals off most noises.

They are great alternative to the more expensive ones out there I think there comparison is the same or not better than the expensive ones and there customer service support is the best tozo earbuds is all I purchased in a couple of years and Im sticking to them they keep making there headphones better and better

Got this pair for a close friend of mine following telling him a touch about the brand since Ive had my original pair for years at this point and they still are holding strong. He didnt really want to invest in wireless earphones because he thought he wouldnt use them at all, surprise, surprise...now he is using them so much that even his dad is asking for a pair for himself due to his raving about the flexibility of wireless buds. Build quality is always good, the one thing of note is that due to circumstance the noise cancellation is not really a factor where he lives so he said he cant attest to that as of current. Nonetheless, this is a great starting point for anyone that has been curious about trying out wireless earphones.

This is my second pair of noise canceling earbuds from tozo. Once you have these on a plane you will never go back since they help with the engine noise. Theyre good for the price and not so expensive I have to worry about them.

I have had the Tozo NC9’s for over a year now. The NC9’s are great and I use them for listening to music and noise cancellation when I need to concentrate. Customer service has been great so when I was offered a chance to try out the new Tozo Crystal Buds I absolutely wanted to. I have had some of the other more expensive brands and in my opinion, the Tozo brand can easily compete. I sent a $200 dollar pair of ear buds back because the Tozo’s were more comfortable and just as good sound quality. The Case The case of the Tozo Crystal Buds is stylish and compact with wireless charging capability. The USBC is great when I’m on the go and need charging although the battery life supports all day use for me. The battery percentage indicator is a nice feature although not a must have for me. My NC9’s have 4 dots that serve the purpose for me. I do feel the case cover feels a bit cheap compared to my MC9’s case cover. It feels like it could break easier if dropped. Ear Buds The Crystal Buds are more compact compared to my NC9’s and slightly more comfortable. I feel the sound quality is definitely improved from my NC9’s and I was happy with that quality. The Crystal Buds defiantly block out ambient sound which is nice when you just want to sit back and indulge in music. The Crystal Bud’s sound EQ can be controlled through the Tozo app. The app rating on the Apple App store is only 1.75 stars. I didn’t see any reason for that low rating. The app did what it was designed to do which is change the EQ settings dependent on the user’s music selection. I think the app deserves a better rating than it’s receiving. Cons My biggest complaint I have with the Crystal Buds is I miss the active noise cancellation and transparency mode the Tozo NC9’s have. For me not having these two features like on the NC9 are now deal breakers when I need to replace my NC9’s. I used the Crystal Buds to make a phone call and the call was crystal clear. What I didn’t like was I couldn’t tell how loud I was talking because there is no transparency mode. Overall Overall the Crystal Buds are compact and comfortable with great sound at a very budget friendly price. When I just want to listen to music and don’t need to be aware of my surroundings, I will certainly opt for the Crystal Buds. For all else I will stick with my Tozo NC9’s just to have transparency mode and active noise cancellation.

Not bad at all! I bought these to try out and they are pretty good to my surprise. The sound quality is not bad, and the noice cancelling feature is pretty good! I would say they are similar to airpods if you are looking for a cheaper alternative and I would definitely recommend them!

As soon as I used them...I thought, literally wow... their crystal clear! Theres no delay when changing from phone to Bluetooth. The fit is perfect. The sound is clear for both the listener and talker. It doesnt sound as if Im far away or muffled. This is a great product. Reviewed after more than 2 months use.

I love Tozo products! I recently purchased the Crystal buds, and theyre a great! The sound quality, noise cancelation, and comfortablity are all great quality. I would recommend to get this product to anyone wanting a high quality product for a cheaper cost.

I did receive these earbuds for free, but I am choosing to write this review after about a month of usage. Earbuds: The audio quality is good, and noise canceling through the ear pieces works well. Sound actually can get really loud, I typically leave it at the lowest possible on my phone, so I suppose that could be another way to reduce external noise. The microphone sounds good, I’ve taken many calls with them and have not had any negative feedback from the quality (unlike with some other buds I’ve had) The battery life is pretty good, I don’t think I’ve ever had them run out before I stop using them which is around 5-6 hour stretches. Case: The case is small and easy to charge, but does leave you a little wanting: As some other reviews stated the lid of the case is a light and feels a little flimsy Additionally it appears the design decision to not have many right angles means it has to sit flat. But as a benefit it doesn’t really snag on anything in your pocket or other storage locations. The battery life of the case is also pretty good, holds around 2 more charges for the earbuds and indicates how charged each bud is. Bottom line I’m very pleased with these earbuds and I’ll continue using them.

Very good battery life. Clear phone conversations. Very good media audio. Pairs easily and charges fast. One of the best wireless ear pods Ive purchased. Ive purchased over 6 models in the low price range. Very good quality at a very good price.
