My wife has been using it for sometime now and she likes it. I tried it too for couple of days and here are the initial thoughts. 1. Case and bud itself looks and feel stylish. 2. Easy to connect to phone. First time, open the case, connect and then get it out of the case. second times onwards, just get it out of the case and it works. 3. Good grip and stays well in the ears. 4. Touch is very sensetive and take a day or 2 to get used and then it is pleasure to use (except some accedental touches :D) 5. Type C charger is way to go. 6. Battery life is decent enough to not actually notice and report. 7. Connecting with multiple devices was not possible for me. 8. I need to disconnect with my phone before I can connect to my laptop. 9. Works well with my Linux laptop but was not able to get it working with my HP win10 laptop, it connects but couldnt select it (not listed) to use it for call or music. 10. Wish it could maintain at least 2 connections and switch seamlessly. Overall my wife, who is using it with one mobile phone, is very happy with the product and its experience.

The tozo t18 earbuds are a great wireless option for under $50. The various different touch controls make them easier to use and makes you feel in control. The audio quality is great and what makes it even better is you can customize it to your own liking through the app. They are very comfortable when in your ears that sometimes I even forget Im wearing them.

Good standard earbud cheaper than the Apple or Samsung ones. Sleek look and helpful battery display.

The sound quality is very clear. With the TOZO app, I was able to increase the bass level more to my liking. These earbuds are solidly made and fit snugly (there are several sets of silicone earplugs of various sizes included). There is a USB-C cable included, but these can also be charged wirelessly. Battery life was very good. The touch controls are fairly intuitive and work well through simple taps on either earbud. Overall, I like these a lot.

This is my 5th pair of TOZO earbuds-- one for each child. T9 and T12s. These Crystal are very sharp and have great sound. I would highly recommend for anyone that dont want to shell out $100s for high end devices.

Have had a number of other pairs of TOZO earbuds, so far these have been the best. Some of the first pairs I had of earlier models had some quality control issues, but TOZO always replaced them no questions asked. So far I havent had any issues with these though, all good. Love the added display so I can see how much battery I have left as my phone sometimes arbitrarily chooses not to show me that info. I have the biggest brand name earbuds as well, and I am still not sure how they justify their price when TOZO can turn out similar products for a sixth of the price. These are worth it!

I like earbuds, I have a set for every device, and a couple for my main phone. These are my go-to set, I have one in right now, as they are comfortable, they are lightweight, they have good microphone and sound quality, and they pair fast and easy. The refined touches like the display on the case, the ability to switch from one to dual pairing, and the ease with which they fuction make these remarkable. I cant say enough how much I like them!
