> 3 dayDevice offline from time to time even it sits next to WiFi router. Pretty unstable! Set away mode for 12 hours, but it only turns on once. Don’t waste your money

> 3 dayWould like this plug if Alexa didn’t tell me “plug not responding” what seems like every few days. Have to reset the plug everytime. Too annoying to like the product.

> 3 dayI have invested heavily in TP-Link Kasa sockets so when I saw this from TP-Link I trusted it would work....no, it has its own app and is a competitive line to TP-Links Kasa. What a rip off, they acquired a competitor and sell it without warning that it is not and no plans to have it interoperable with Kasa?

> 3 dayVery easy to set up with the app, excellent value for the money, I definitely recommend it. I use it to turn on my computer remotely with the app to access by team viewer. ;)

> 3 dayMaybe Smart Plugs just dont work well -- this is my second brand that has failed. The socket says it is turned off on the app, but the heaters plugged into them switch on and off randomly. I have them in a little garage area I dont go into often so I was really unhappy to find they had been running on and off for a few days. Customer service is infuriating so I give up on them.

> 3 dayI have many of these smart devices. This one was on sale. So I purchased two of them. For some reason they were shipped a few days apart. Of course you have to install their app to intergrate it with Alexa. You cant install the device on their app unless you give them LOCATION permission. You cant skip it. NOTHING. WHY WHY do these companies think they need to track your location. Read the privacy policy. Most likely to sell your data to a 3rd party. Plus the company is in China. I went ahead and installed the device but then went into the app permission afterwards and removed the location permission. The second deivce arrived. I went to install it. Turned on the app. Again, first thing it says. You must give location permission. No way around it. I uninstalled the app and returned the devices. Paid for a few extra dollars for the Amazon brand that you dont have to allow location tracking. There is absolutely no reason why they need your location!

> 3 dayWe had a recent power failure. Every single smart device in my home successfully came back online on its own. All except this device. I have lost all patience with “smart” devices that go offline and are a royal pain to get back online. I shouldn’t have to do a factory reset and then re-pair the device. I’ll simply switch brands.
