It was easy to install and works perfectly. The app is very easy to navigate.

Device offline from time to time even it sits next to WiFi router. Pretty unstable! Set away mode for 12 hours, but it only turns on once. Don’t waste your money

Would like this plug if Alexa didn’t tell me “plug not responding” what seems like every few days. Have to reset the plug everytime. Too annoying to like the product.

Works as expected, size is a bit too large for most places.

Like - small design, quick connection, consistently connects dislike - having to download another app (though more of an annoyance than a dislike)

Set up the device in a minute and it works with my Echo perfectly. For people who need a smart plug with reasonable price, this is definitely the right choice.

Although I dont like having two apps. You are able to integrate and control from Alexa but you still have to download their app to register initially. Takes up space on my iphone and too many apps. ** I originally gave this a 5 star, but after a few months usage, it keeps getting disconnected from the router or just doesnt connect. I keep getting the Alexa saying the device is off. I bought an amazon plug during the same period and that one has yet to fail. Review changed to 1 Star

This Tapo plugs are great. They are a bit too big and cover the outlet. The app is not as common though. For example, it works with Google Home, but for a Windows Phone (yet, I still have one) I use an app called Home Control and it is not found there.
