This is a very well-made umbrella. My only problem with it is that in order to close it all the way, I have to put the bottom of the handle on the floor and push down on the top---hard. Maybe Im a 114# weakling, but this takes more strength than I have to close. Other than that, yes, Id buy it again rather than spend on a flimsy one. Norma

At first, I thought the umbrella was going to be a large one (where at least 2 adults can walk under easily), but it wasnt. Im okay with that as its sleek, compact and effective. I wouldve given it 5 stars if it wasnt a little difficult to close. You have to really press down for it to lock properly. Other than that, its great.

I wanted a slightly larger, yet small compact umbrella to accommodate two people when it’s raining. This fit the bill. Before we had to use two smaller ones or use my golf umbrella. That was inconvenient when going to places like church, restaurants and theaters.

I purchased this umbrella because I needed one that had auto open and close. Ive been very happy with and Ive gotten more use out of it than I would like (its been raining almost every day). Water beads right off, the internal parts are strong, and so for it has held up extremely well. Its heavier than my previous umbrella but I think that is to be expected with the auto open/close feature, and its significantly more robust. It has a single button to deploy and retract that is located on the handle. Its comfortable to use and keeps me dry, not sure what else you could want.

Really great customer service. Bought one last year, had problem, company promptly sent replacement. Wow! They really stand behind their products. Now, the umbrella itself: really like the open/close feature. Be careful where you close it, as the spring loaded snap can send water flying! The spring loading can take a pretty stout push to close, possibly a barrier to the elderly but should be okay for most. Umbrella feels like its strongly made, weighs a bit more than other similarly sized ones Ive had, but also seems like its stronger construction, a fair trade-off. Not sure the wind venting makes a big difference, but couldnt hurt either. Grip is comfortable, wish it were a tad longer but at least its got a decent width to it. Overall a well made umbrella with great customer service. Recommended.

I recently left my favorite umbrella in a shopping cart in a parking lot (too far to go back for it even if it was still there). I searched and found this one on Amazon. It is like my old one in that it is push-button up and push-button down, so you never need two hands to do that. This one seems more sturdy so it should last a long time, unless I leave it somewhere again. Good value for the cost.

I spent a long time trying to choose a new umbrella, and ended up with this one. Initially I was happy with my choice. It is very compact, and it opened nicely, although it is a little difficult to close. When it arrived, I would have given it 4 stars. Yesterday, however, as I started to unwrap the umbrella to open it, the button basically exploded. I dont even remember touching it; but suddenly the umbrella was expanding before I could get it outside my car. I shoved it through the door, then tried to push it fully open, but it would not stay entirely open either. I held it mostly-open in order to keep my mother and myself dry. (Fortunately it wasnt raining very hard.) Now it will not stay fully open OR fully closed, unless I use the velcro strap to hold it shut. Did I mention that I ordered the umbrella less than two months ago, and that this was only the third time I had used it?? Maybe I got a defective one somehow, but I am very disappointed in the lifespan and quality of this umbrella. I am emailing TradMall, but honestly, even if they replace it, I plan to find a more reliable alternative for regular day-to-day use.

I purchased this umbrella for my mom she really loves it she keeps it in the side compartment in her car door very nice umbrella I was thinking about purchasing one for my trucks door so I can have one on the go at any time I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get a umbrella

I needed an umbrella for a trip overseas and then to keep in my car after that. This umbrella was a great value. It ended up a little heavier than I expected, but it is sturdy.

Updated: replaced really fast by seller and working perfectly since I got it. The size makes it a very convenient and portable item. Would definitely buy it again if needed another one. At the begging I really liked it and it worked beautifully but It broke after just 2 months of use, the handle broke and I couldn’t use it any more, don’t know if I just had bad luck or if it’s not strong enough for everyday use
