2 of the screw holes do not align and the screws will not align with the plastic stairs on top of the metal bars. Its poor build quality and I do not recommend this product.

The ladder did not come with the screws to put it together. We are able to get our own but it is pretty inconvenient to have to run out and find a store that was open during the holidays.

Nice looking ladder. It was a little too long for the height of our trampoline so that the steps are at a funny angle. Also, the plastic steps are not as study as I hoped. It took some effort to assemble as the pieces.

I would have liked the ladder to hold more weight. Its only 150lbs, would have liked about 300lbs

It does the job. I had to glue the cloth sleeves on the top because they wouldnt stay on. When I anchor the trampoline down I will also anchor this so it doesnt slide around. But overall happy
