Transcend 4TB StoreJet 25H3 2.5-inch USB3.0 Portable Hard Drive

Na servit quà faire des sauvegardes dun NAS de capacité équivalente. Synology avec HyperBackup. Sauvegarde 2 à 3 fois par an, et au bout de 4 ans, soit maximum 15 usages, il est en panne. impossible de le lire, de le formater. Evidemment, garantie 3 ans, donc rien à faire.

This is my second Transcend external HDD. I was highly satisfied with the first one, especially the quality of stronger body and data cable. But this time I received a third party, low quality data cable. Totally disappointed. 3 stars for HDD, no stars for data cable. Total 3/5.

Utilizzato come backup esterno del NAS. Configurato immediatamente (anche se è un USB 1.1), offre un ottimo spazio di archiviazione. Solido, bel design, prezzo corretto. Per lutilizzo che ne faccio non so dire se le prestazioni siano allaltezza.

I use this as redundant storage for photo shoots, works great, fast transfer rates.

Solidly built and more importantly actually has 4TB of data space (it may show as 3.7 TiB in the 1024 x 1024 x 1024 x1024 calculation). Many solid-state drives especially Kingston we have found to have less than the GB (even accounting for GiB) advertised, so this is good. Will update this review after using it for some time, since we have just purchased it and all initial indications are good.

Hold up. Does exactly what it says it will do

This is the second Transcend StoreJet I have purchased. They are supper easy to use, reliable, and durable. Best of all, the price is great!

Fast transfer. Recognised by different systems, and easily formatted. Cannot comment on longevity since only been in use for 2 weeks

購入から１ヶ月経過での簡易なレビュー。 現在特に問題も不満も無く使えています。 ばらつきアリとのコメントもありますが、１台のみなのでわかりません。 4Tでこの価格なら御の字です。 今後不具合や報告に値する症状が出た場合には改めて追記したいと思います。

Unfortunatly the cable quality has really gone downhill for these drives. I ordered my second drive to back some stuff up and the cable was dead, could spin the drive and that was about it. I knew it was the cable because others seemed to work fine. The replacement sent now has the same issue less than a month into owning it. Ill be avoiding Transcend external drives from now on.
