> 24 hourI took this on a 7 day cruise to pack my essentials and overnight bag. 1st off, this bag gets heavy to carry over your shoulders if its too heavy. Its doable but youll feel it. The zippers did just fine on this overpacked bag. I wish it had another pocket on the side. It has 1 big enough to fit a 36oz thermos. The laptop holder was a great size to hold my laptop, mouse, a bag full of charging cords and has enough space to hold a little more. Ex. 1 outfit, medicine bag, etc. We took this bag out for our excursions and carried 3 towels and 3 other thermos bottles. We came back with souveniers and it was easy to hold it all together. I preferred this over a rolling bag just for this occasion. This bag did enough and worked out well for us.

> 24 hourJust came back from 9 days family trip with 2 small kids, we wanted to take compact suitcase on the back to make easy moving from place to place. I realy love this bag, we bought another diffrent backpack suitcase and this is much better The good- have important facilities for me that dont always exist in other. Bags like: side pocket for buttle, strap to attach on rolling suitcase, laptop compartment, wet close compartment and so... It well made- durable zippers, good materials in general it made to last, it can hold allot inside The design for my opinion is nice and clean. The price is very reasonable. And worth it Cons- they are minor all in all, like front pocket for pans and document that have nerow open so its not so comfortable, laptop padding i could be more thick but its all about weights in the other side i had exterior sleeve. , Buttom line- its a great travel/on board suitcase , five stars easily from me

> 24 hourI bought this backpack based on the reviews. I made a flight with my 3 year old son and we traveled in spirit. I didnt want to pay for luggage so I used that backpack as our only luggage and it was my personal item. take care not to fill it too much. We travel with the basics. Something that also helped me a lot was that I packed my clothes in vacuum bags. And when I arrive at the airport, I check if the suitcase passed the measure that says spirit for personal item. and it went perfect. *Note: if your backpack is too full and too fat it will not pass.

> 24 hourI bought two of these because the carry on sizes for a European airline were slightly smaller than our usual carryon suitcases. These are awesome! Using separate compression cubes, we were able to pack enough clothes for a 5 night vacation. For the price these bags feel amazingly well made -sturdy zippers, comfortable straps, comparable packing space to your typical rolling carryon suitcase, and they look pretty nice to boot! The supplied packing “cubes” are fairly useless except as laundry bags since they don’t offer any compression, but the backpack itself is great. Love the convenience of carrying my suitcase on my back, leaving my hands free! Another fantastic bonus is that when the airlines did decided to check carryon weight, they waived us through without a second glance, as backpacks look less “serious” than rolling suitcases. For shorter trips these will be our new go-to suitcases.

> 24 hourThis bag has been wonderful - I have had it for less than a year and have gone on multiple cross country and international trips with everything I need in just this bag. No need for a carryon or checked bag, works perfectly as a personal item for all the airlines I’ve flown - United, American, Delta, and Frontier. Frontier was by far the most strict, but as long as you don’t over stuff the bag, they’ll let you go. It has paid for itself many times over. It is generally comfortable to carry around for long periods of time, depending on how much weight you put in it. But worth it to not be paying extra fees.

> 24 hourI used this as my only bag to carry my belongings on my recent trip. Must admit that I was nervous thinking I wouldnt make it…but it went through without paying an extra penny. However, I didn’t add a pair of sneakers because i wanted the bag to have certain flexibility to be able to push it through the bin. The other fact, is that I was carrying light clothing. Long sleeve shirts, shorts, jeans, t-shirt, rain jacket, make up, skincare, supplements and flip flops. A set of clothes for seven days. If you marked personal item and purchased no carryon nor bag, they will make you, prior to boarding, put your bag to the test.

> 24 hourI purchased this backpack because I needed more room than a traditional backpack offers - and I needed a laptop and tablet padded area as well. This bag fit the bill. It opens like a suitcase so it is extremely easy to pack and access your items. It has an amazing amount of room - it does fit under your airline seat - barely - so you loose most foot room. It is very well built - with padding and strong zippers. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that if you have to wear it for any length of time, it is a bit uncomfortable. The straps are padded which helps, but all the wright falls on your shoulders - no other supporting straps. For the price, you cannot beat this bag. I am very excited to have this option to use as a personal item - even though it can carry as much as a carry on suitcase. Dont hesitate - buy it.
