> 3 dayI recently ordered and received this umbrella in only 2 days time. I used it twice on long hikes in the hot Arizona sun. It was fantastic! Its large enough to provide plenty of shade and kept me much cooler, as others have said. I couldnt believe it would make such a difference in shade from the sun. Im a fair skinned redhead. I will get a lot of use from this umbrella.

Greater than one weekThis umbrella is a must-have for any and every Arizonan!! It really does keep you 10-15 degrees cooler in that hot summer sun. Its a tad bit on the heavy side, but Im sure thats because of the fabric of the UVB blocker. My friends are going to buy one now!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

> 3 dayThe umbrella is of excellent quality and gives good sun protection. On hot sunny days it feels a few degrees cooler under the umbrella. It provides good sun protection. The only reason I returned the umbrella was to buy the smaller size. I had hand surgery a few months ago and found the umbrella a bit heavy to carry. I love the smaller size because its more practical for me and provides enough coverage.

> 3 dayVery well package, seemingly well constructed product. Has embroidered logo on both the case & the umbrella itself. The addition of a shoulder strap to the case is nice because it’s definitely got some weight to it for a “travel” umbrella. It weighs more than twice as much as my standard travel umbrellas, and is bulkier both length and width wise. I did not find it any harder to open and close than any other umbrellas I’ve had, both functions were smooth. As far as shade and sun protection - I tried it out in the Phoenix sun on a 110 degree day in July and it does help, but I would say that making it 15 degrees cooler underneath is an exaggeration. It did seem more effective at absorbing/reflecting the baking heat than my standard umbrella that I was using for comparison, but for the $50 price tag - I should hope so, not as much difference as I’d expected though. I hope it holds up well over time to justify the price tag, because there were more affordable options, but seemed like they may be less durable from reviews.

> 3 dayThis is a very good umbrella. It performs as indicated on the web site. Although I was aware of the weight and size of the umbrella, it feels heavier than I expected, and it is not as wide as I expected. I have used it on very windy days. It is very sturdy. A favorite feature is that the temperature while standing under the umbrella definitely feels cooler than standing in the direct sun.
