I was so disappointed with this purchase, i guess I had high expectations. The space is extremely small considering you need room for maybe 1 pair of shoes, makeup bag, accessories, etc... there isnt 2 sides to this luggage as there normally is. One side is ok but the one that has that extra zipper on the outside is completely you can barely fit anything. so you basically get a luggage thats almost one sided only if that makes sense. The BEST thing about this was just that during TSA its easy to take your laptop out, other than that unfortunately I would not recommend it. =( It is def not worth the price. My husband bought another one for the same price and I was so jealous of how much you could fit in it..lol

Based on reviews, I thought the item might be smaller than 20”, but it is not. It’s as described, and though I haven’t used them yet, both cases look durable. Nice quality. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

I was excited for this suitcase because it had the small case for the top and the compartment on the front. Both of these features were great, and I was happy with those. HOWEVER, when I tried to use the USB port to charge my phone, it did not work at all, despite having charged it all night. Also, the handle is finicky. It does not want to stay all the way up in a locked position. It will lock in a mid-level position, but only with some amount of effort and finagling. Over all, I wish I had gone with a different suitcase, as the issues with the handle make it a pain to deal with when juggling multiple pieces of luggage.

I bought this for the laptop pouch but the sides seem so thin I was worried if my computer would survive the trip the entire time.

Absolutely obsessed with this neat, modern looking piece of luggage. Feather-light yet durably built, this is a must-have for air travel.

The outer shell is rather flimsy and can easily be pushed in. The interior space is not great for larger items like hiking boots. I cant fit my laptop (with case) in the front pocket when that same side is loaded with items. It did however, roll nicely.

Just got to try this carry on and absolutely love it! So many good compartment pockets like the cooler, and especially love the cosmetic case!

Really enjoying my new carry-on I just received. Awesome usable pockets included in the front pocket of the carry on. Loved the power bank pocket that can be integrated with the exterior USB port to charge devices. Totally amazed by the cooler pocket! #Great Buy!
