I purchased this for my sister for Christmas. The handle went up without a problem but now will not go back down all the way. Cannot return to Amazon because it is over 30 days and I cannot find a manufacturer website to contact them. Buyer beware, this product is defective!

I bought this for the laptop pouch but the sides seem so thin I was worried if my computer would survive the trip the entire time.

The smaller case was already broken when I received it today. I’m worried this is a sign both suitcases will fall apart quickly.

Based on reviews, I thought the item might be smaller than 20”, but it is not. It’s as described, and though I haven’t used them yet, both cases look durable. Nice quality. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

I’ve gone through at least a dozen bags in all different variations to accommodate my work needs. I’m a freelance stenographer, and that means I rarely go to the same job location twice. I wanted a rolling bag that I could easily access my laptop while on the train coming home. I also love the separate case for my steno machine (albeit a snug fit) where I can keep an eye on it to make sure there’s no jostling or accidental bumps/falls. The insulated pocket for a small sandwich container (Sistema works best), a bag of snacks and a can of Celsius is perfect and doesn’t stretch out the front segment. The USB dock for an emergency phone charge is a nice touch. There’s plenty of room in the back segment of the bag for heels, umbrella, all cords and accessories, and a few other essential items. Perfect bag to get me through the day. Love that it’s a hard case so I don’t have to worry about rain. The wheels roll very smoothly and silently. Normally I would be bogged down with a roller bag, tote, and reusable lunch bag for an all-day job or trials. This two-piece bag takes care of it all! Highly recommend if you’re a steno like me!

Really enjoying this carry-on luggage set. Silent spinner wheels, super lightweight, and high quality. Love the cosmetic case included in the set, its convenient for last-minute forgotten items and anything you might need on hand. In general, this set has a pretty modern look which I definitely love!! Highly recommend!

The suitcase was nice and the suitcase was to big for overhead luggage. I’m not sure what to do because I bought this for carry on to Europe for my son. If I have known it won’t fit then I would have buy bigger one where my son can add little more stuff. I’ll might return those suitcase when my son get back from Europe in 4 weeks.

It is lightweight, durable and you can maneuver it easily. It comes in a few colors I like black the best. It also comes with a lock so you can lock your suitcase which is a great feature. I am very happy with my purchase and I am so excited to use it often.

Really enjoying my new carry-on I just received. Awesome usable pockets included in the front pocket of the carry on. Loved the power bank pocket that can be integrated with the exterior USB port to charge devices. Totally amazed by the cooler pocket! #Great Buy!
