Greater than one weekOverall a pretty nice product. I really wanted to try a hard sided luggage and knew of TravelPro’s reputation for durability and quality Takes getting used to as packing items is now split in half vs more traditional zipping a flap. Buyers beware that the zipper will skip teeth and become open while trying to close case . This happened to me several times from the first time using. Had to slowly try to reopen and then close suitcase to make sure that the zipper teeth stayed closed. Time will tell if this will be my go to piece as right know I’m not sure.

> 3 dayTravelpro makes a sturdy and great looking 2 piece suitcase set. My larger bag measures 24 inches high by 12 inches wide by 16 inches deep. This larger sturdy spinner bag has a combination lock which operates by inserting both zipper tabs into a combination arrangement that is zeroed out to initially open and then a new personal combination can be chosen. The sturdy retractable pull handle can be readily adjusted to be pulled out to a maximum of 18 inches and also retracted flat. The side of the bag is protected by 4 plastic black plastic feet which protects the bag if it is laid on its side. The 4 bottom spinner wheels on the bottom of the bag make it super easy to steer the bag. I love the ability to convert this bag from a medium size to a large bag by opening the second zippered section to enable expanding to hold all those souvenirs bought on every trip! This suitcase set comes in a variety of colors but mine is pale pink and is quite pretty but very functional. This bag rates a 5/5 for its light weight, apparent durability, it’s excellent maneuverability, classic looks and very handsome appearance. The second smaller TravelPro bag is 19 inches high, 13 inches wide and 9 inches deep. This smaller carry on bag is just as handsome as the larger bag and has the ability to adjust to a slightly larger size by opening the second zipper. Also this bag has the same ability to lock the bag by aligning the two zipper tabs into the locking mechanism on the side of the bag, Travel Sentry locking system. The inner section has zippered pouch for makeup or underwear and is part of a meshed section inside the bag. The other half of the inside of the bag holds clothing in place by elastic connecting straps. Both spinner bags can be registered to initiate their Warranties by taking a photo of each bag and sending the photo to 71403 or registering the photo with their Website which is supplied.

> 3 dayI like that these move well, and the storage is good, but the quality was much lower than other cheaper options I’ve used. I’m a business traveller so durability and quality is important. Customer service was not what I hoped for either. They put me through the ringer on questions and ultimately replaced the defective suitcase. They told me I would need to return the whole original set when I received the replacement (single suitcase replacement was not an option). I received the replacements, boxed up the 2 originals and realized they didn’t give me an address or return label. I reached out and they said you can keep the originals too. I guess that’s a win for most, but it was frustrating to me. Why the mixed messages? I go through a lot of luggage, and so them saying keep it was the same as saying it’s your problem now. Needless to say, it’s usable, but the durability is concerning. P.S. the full expansion is nice but man is it difficult to maneuver once in full expansion.

> 3 dayTo begin with, the big one is massive! There’s enough room to fit probably a month’s worth of clothes, and that’s before you expand it! The suitcase itself is pretty lightweight, though, so I don’t think it will be difficult to haul around. The handle is sturdy and there are wheels on the bottom, so it’s definitely easy to transport. The matching carry-on is great and also a good size. I literally will never have a need for another suitcase. I can use either one of these, depending on the length of the trip and method of transportation, or I can use both, if I’m so inclined. Fabulous luggage!

> 3 dayI had ordered this set of cases a minute or two ago. It actually took about 4 weeks for the set to arrive, but I am impressed with this set. I have had several sets of samsonite hard sided luggage, which I had paid about the cost for these two for a single smaller case. These are very well made and the interior zippered sections in both the large and smaller carry on case, are well thought out and quite spacious. The large case actually has an expansion zone in the middle, so you can really go past the weight limit for checked bags, but having travelled for decades, this is super handy and saves you buying another suitcase on your trip. I have literally been there and done that. The light color of these cases are very nice and appealing today, but we will see how long that remains so pristine. I believe that the finish is a little bit more of a matte finish, so I am expecting it to scuff on every black rubber luggage handling belt out there, but we shall see. The wheels on these and the handling of these are actually far superior to my Samsonite cases. The wheels are a little larger and they are very free spinning right now. The handles also are well designed and feel very comfortable in the hand. Both cases come with the TSA approved zipper locks, which are a nice feature. I would always use that when traveling to tuck my things back into and lock the zippers for the day. All in all, I am super impressed with this set and the total value for what you are getting here. I hope that this is helpful.

> 3 dayThis is a great two piece luggage set. Beautiful egg shell ivory color. The 8 spinner wheels works great for balance and maneuverability - glides easily and smoothly over both hard and carpeted flooring. Very lightweight. Solid shell is thin and supple, yet rugged. Using my body weight, purposefully added pressure to force the edges and sides to dip in, and the shell held up well and just bounced right back, good as new. The zipper is set in the middle so when opened is split in half. One side has a mesh panel with a pocket that zips up to hold your items in place. The other side is has your standard straps to hold your things in place. Zipped expansion panel is set in the middle as well. Tested the fabric of the zippered expansion section with some water. The water pooled right away and was super easy to wipe off. Allowed more of the water to just sit on the fabric for about 10 minutes. After a few minutes some of the water did start to seep in to the outer fabric, but it never made it through the 2nd inner lining - so the inside still stayed nice and dry. Probably with prolonged exposure to rain/moisture its possible it would seep through the inner layer, but for your normal, average experiences, Id feel very confident about the waterproofing even along the zippered section. Both the carry and the pull-out handles have a nice comfortable grip, and lays nice and flat. The larger bag also has a grab handle on the side as well. The features on this are really nice, great quality. Think these will hold up really well and looking forward to taking these on my future travels.

> 3 dayI usually like Travelpro luggage, and I really wanted to like this set, but it doesnt even enter my top 5. The components seem surprisingly cheap. The lock, the zipper, and the wheels all feel like they belong on a $50 suitcase. The worst part is the wheels though - I hate rolling these bags on all 4 wheels because they constantly want to turn instead of smoothly rolling along in the direction Im pushing. Compared to my favorite Samsonite Freeform suitcase (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M1970OY), which rolls as smooth as butter, the TravelPro feels absolutely inferior. Im giving this Travelpro set 3 stars because the pink looks very nice, and it hasnt fallen apart in almost a year since I got it, but the component quality has ruined it for me.

> 3 dayThe box did not come with any instructions or anything like that. I cannot open the luggage lock. Tried several times. Set my code to 000 and tried to push the button and still cannot open. I dont know if I am missing something or if I am doing something or if the luggage is defective

> 3 dayThese suitcases are very high quality. There is a reason Travelpro is one of the most recommended luggage brands by professional flyers... they regularly deliver top quality cases, like these, at prices that most people can actually afford. Build quality, refinement, strength, ease of use... all of these things are exactly what I would say that this luggage set offers. Recommended very highly!
