We got a size L. It seems to be a tad big for my 6 year old... but she loves to body slam and throw her body around. This ball has been amazing. After bouncing, rolling, jumping and hitting it, rolling it over herself... just all kinds of manipulation. She paused, and sighed, mom, I LOVE this ball. A few moments later she was just laying over it and deep breathing like meditative deep breaths. So calm.... not sure I have ever seen her that deeply calm and happy. :D If you have a child on the spectrum or with some sensory difficulties. This was wonderful for us. My body appreciates the reprieve from those unconciously made body slam hugs. (XL would have been to big. L is ok. M may have been better though.... but L will do just fine. Her feet do not touch the ground when sitting... which allows her to use other parts of her body to balance. Which may be another win in itself.)

We purchased this to replace a ball from the same company that popped. However, dont let that deter you. These are very sturdy balls. That ball lasted through several years of my daughter sitting and bouncing on it daily. She uses this to sit at her desk and do schoolwork, and for exercise. The foot pump works well to inflate it. Also, I am very pleased to report that the safety feature works well that prevents it from deflating quickly in the event that one does pop. This is a useful, quality product!

I really like that Amazon had a non-toxic exercise ball and that it was a good price, considering inflation. I love the color. For reference, I am 5’4” and got a size Large. I bought a Small previously and it was too small, so be sure to check the size guide. It was easy to inflate and has been working well for the last month that I’ve owned it. I appreciate that it comes with a foot pump too!

Although I have only had this ball for a short time, I love it! I did need to add some air after a little over a day, but it seems to be holding air great after a week. High quality material, thicker than previous balls I’ve had. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the pump! I would rather have had a foot pump. It took a while to pump it fully. However, the hand pump did work great for adding that additional air the next day! All in all this is a great ball and would buy it again!

Read the instructions. You have to inflate twice to get it to stay at your height but then no issues. If you have ever had physical therapy for your back you know how valuable these are for keeping up your core excercises without thinking about it. I had to replace my old one because it was lost to a house fire. Prior to that treat it was my desk chair. The new one matched the specs and my whole routine is getting back to normal. No more back pain from being at the desk and moves between my screens much easier than an actual chair.

First the annoying: the product page CLEARLY states it comes with a foot pump for quick inflation. The black ball, size large, that I ordered and received certainly came with no such foot pump. It came with the standard hand pump. The foot pump was the main reason I purchased this ball compared to others. The hand pumps take an annoyingly long time to properly inflate. That aside, it is a nice ball. Mine was able to inflate to the full 65cm without having to come back days later and inflate a second time. The black color is nice and dark, and the texture is comfortable but not slip. Assuming the ball lasts, and doesnt impart any of the color to my vinyl flooring in the workout area, this is a good exercise ball.
