> 3 dayThis is the 3rd exercise ball Ive ordered off of Amazon and this one finally ALMOST reached the advertised height. I read the instructions and filled the ball to 80% filled and waited two days before I added more air. Other balls dont come with instructions to do this or any instructions at all. For most of the filling I used an electric mattress pump, but once you get to that 80% it seems like the ball just wont go any bigger. I ended up using the foot pump it came with to keep pumping air into it while measuring the height every couple minutes, but Im 8 months pregnant, so using the thing was exhausting. With the included pump I was finally able to get the ball to about 60cm, which got my pelvis in the right place and got my legs to a right angle like they should be. The ball feels super full with very little give, and even though Ive only used it for a week, it feels very stable.

Greater than one week*Edit* they sent me the remover. Ball is holding up fine. Be warned the XXL is massive lol Did not receive the plug remover, so after following instructions filling to 80% and then attempting to wait 24-48hrs to fill to 100%, I cannot remove the plug to fill to 100%. The instructions say to use the plug remover, however I just received 3 plugs and no remover. Would be a simple contact to fix, but alas it states there is no service available for this item, and Amazon can only return, refund, or replace. I did not want to wait for all of that, I just wanted a complete order. Also it took me like 1500 foot pumps, you’re probably better of using a bike pump or compressor lol but I just used what came with it.

Greater than one weekPhysical Therapy - For back pain relief, stretching, sciatica exercises What I didnt like about it is that it when you inflate it and remove the pump to insert the pin it begins to lose air. It does bot have like a non air escape feature to allow you time to insert the pin in the designated hole. 2nd: after three uses it loses air and you have to inflation again. It is stable though, like the color and the texture which makes it non-slippery when grasping.

Greater than one weekUpdate: I was contacted by customer service to resolve any issues i had with the ball and they were very pleasant to work with. I ended up sticking with a different ball I got at a local retailer but I do appreciate the effort for customer satisfaction!! I bought the large because I wanted something a little bigger like the ones I used at physical therapy. The Large says it is between 58-65cm. As you can see in the picture my ball is maybe 49cm and is relatively uncomfortable to use and I have it filled as full as I can get it. It also doesnt feel very sturdy, Im roughly 200lb and I feel like im going to pop it every time I use it and Im not even putting all my weight on it. Disappointing ball.

> 3 dayThe ball deflates to about 85% full from 90% full pretty quickly. But easy to use and does the job, maybe too well.

> 3 dayI have bought this brand in the past and had no problems. I bought to have at my office and I only work 2-3 days a week at the office. The ball does not appear to have a hole or anything. I have my own office and dont know why this has happened. Update: I received a message from Trideer that they will be sending me a new ball. Thank you for the great customer service.
