> 3 dayWe were in the home buying process and after a failed home inspection (very costly) we decided to invest in one of these to save us the cost of having a home fully inspected before checking out the outlets. This is the same device our certified home inspector used. It is easy to read and saved us a lot of time and money. Of course after our handy device was showing the all clear we did have it double checked by a certified inspecor .This is a must have for home buyers and home owners. (Our relator loved it)

Greater than one weekIf your looking for a cheap good plug tester, this works great. It is a simple device and there isnt much to it, but mine has taken a beating over the past week an it works great, even after 15ft falls.

> 3 dayTests GFIs, shows improperly wired outlets, allows amp reading for plugged in devices with your clamp on meter. Well made.

> 3 dayUnless you own a tiny clamp meter, you wont be able to clamp onto the 1X hole as it is WAY too small. Of the 5 clamping meters I own, not one of them could fit through the 1X hole. Although I do not mind having to divide by 10 to get the valid amps, I can get a 10X splitter a lot cheaper than the $20 for a feature I can not even use. Poorly designed.

> 3 dayWould have liked to have seen how it works-but it didnt work straight out of the package. Piece of junk!! !! Sadly for $8 is not work the time and effort to return it. Avoid.

> 3 dayUsed once to check amperage of a sump pump during operation with my Clamp multimeter. Measurement was plausible, most likely correct. Used GFCI tester per instructions provided. Worked well. A convenient way to perform this type of testing if length of the device lets it fit where you need it to be.
