> 3 dayI will definitely buy again, the colors came out beautiful. There was enough product to make multiple products. We made 7 shirts and still had leftover! We had a wide range of angles and all of the kids enjoyed the tye dye process, I think next time we will make sheets!

> 3 dayColors hold great, although i had to use more dye for better coverage even for a 4 year olds shirt than what is recommended

> 3 dayworks just like it says. Remember you have to wash the shirts before you dye them. I washed and dried them first then dyed them with my high school students. Colors were bright and just like on the package. I followed someone elses suggestion and put a little less water in the purple. Came with plenty of rubber bands but not very many gloves. The gloves are not truly necessary if you can live with stained hands for a few days. We dyed 10-11 adult sized t-shirts and had one refill packet left over. Our shirts were mostly covered with dye with only a few white spots on most of the shirts. (some go for complete coverage and some leave white spots for artistic effect). we left them over a long weekend before washing off the dye.

> 3 dayMade pretty tie-dye shirts at my daughters birthday. Easy to use, but really make sure you have the gloves on (or better, yet, buy good-fitting ones from the first-aid department). it can be tricky when youre doing the project to tell if the dye is going where you want it, because it runs down into your tied parts. But, they turned out nice. Easy to wash (no need to set) and color stays then ages nicely. I have to say, though, do not believe the internet that says this is an easy way to do tie dye with very small kids. I mean, its EASIER, but not easy. We tried it with 3-year-olds, and it was not a very fun time for them because they could not control the dye bottles very well, so we couldnt let them do as they might have pleased. If you are going to do this with little ones, make sure they and the immediate area are protected enough that you dont have to worry about the dye flying around.

Greater than one weekI have mixed reviews for this product. It comes packaged very girly and cute. My daughter couldnt wait to open it and mix the dye hours before we were ready to do the tie dye process. Upon opening it we were very disappointed that it did not include everything that was listed to be inside the box. It was missing two of the refill powder packets. With that being said so far we have died 5 shirts and a pair of shoes. Those items were all dyed using the powder that originally came in the bottles. Those are now empty!! So now we have three more refill powder packs for black, pink, and teal. With that being said we will probably get maybe another three or four projects out of this. So I do not see how this kit could possibly dye 30 things!!! Now if I had all refill packages I would probably get a total of 10-13 items. On the positive side we loved the colors. This carousel kit put together some very vibrant colors that all compliment each other nicely. You can too wrong with any combinatation you choose. They are very bold and come out very true to color. They are deep and rich. Ive washed the items a few times and there has been no more dye released. I feel that the dye on the shirts are high quality and the colors will stay forever. I did get some of the dye of my hands while rinsing the shirts in the sink before washing them, and it took a lot of scrubbing to get the dye off my hands and around my finger nails. However I wasnt wearing gloves so thats my fault, so just be careful if you dont want to stain anything. The gloves however that come with the product are very interestingly shaped not well for human hands. They did the job ok for the dying process, but they were very big. If I would have used them while rinsing the color out water would have gotten inside them. We didnt have a elevated rack to use while dying as suggested. What we did instead was put down a garbage bag on the tile kitchen floor then put a puppy pee pad over it that I got from the dollar tree. It worked great. The cleanup was so easy! I just wrapped it all up and threw it away. I was skeptical how the shirts would turn out after washing them in the washing machine because this was my first time, but as said before this product has not disappointed quality wise. I do wish it had all the refills though. I will just buy rit dye now and use the bottles this kit came with. It will be so much cheaper because Im sure my daughter and her friends will be dying stuff all summer. My daughter already wants to dye a backpack and make umbra shorts.

Greater than one weekTulip dye is great but it’s way cheaper to buy the refill packs of 3 once you have enough bottles.

> 3 dayThis is a great brand! Ive tried another, but definitely didnt have the same quality outcome. As I type, Im wearing an older tulip tie dyed shirt and it still looks good! Colors come out vibrant and stay that way! I highly suggest dampening the shirt first, soaks in the dye much better! Definitely recommend!

> 3 dayThis kit was perfect for a project with my 8yo boy, 8yo girl, and 11yo girl! The colors are really trendy and not too feminine for a mixed group of kiddos. Plenty of gloves and rubber bands and extra dye made it a one-stop purchase for a full family craft project!

> 3 dayThese colors are DEEP! Can easily be diluted if you want a more watercolor look. Was very easy to work with.
