sturdy, just what i ordered

I’ve had the same totes lightweight auto open/close for years. With the CA weather—rain and wind every other week this winter the totes umbrella finally blew out. Took a lot of time looking at umbrellas on AMAZON and reading reviews and thank goodness I found this one. Very sturdy, beautiful and wind vents. Oh and lifetime warranty.

The only thing is it is heavy to me

It’s a little too small for me. I like a larger umbrella but it works great . Just small.

Great umbrella. Very sturdy and love that it has a push to close button. However, the stick is too short so I had to hold it very high up by my collar bone. Im 51 for reference.

Took this with me to Ireland this spring! Love the design, very sturdy

Havent used it yet but think it should be great for travelling

There is a plastic piece on the very top where the tip would be and it popped off. I opened up the umbrella and closed it. When I closed it the very first time it popped off. It looks like the force of it closing snapped the piece of plastic the was holding it there.

The umbrella seems to be strong and well-built. It is longer than usual folding umbrellas but it is also VERY heavy. Much more than I would expect based on the item description online. It is stronger than a usual folding umbrella but much heavier. It folds back with an auto button which is nice, still you have to pull it more by hands to fold to the felded position completely.

I was in need of a small umbrella so I thought I would give this one a whirl. I havent been able to use it in the rain, but I have looked at the quality and overall ease of use. I can say that it does seem well built and sturdy. When I pressed the button it shot up and opened immediately, which is great if you are in a downpour and need to use it quickly. I noticed the design of the earth and, although not necessary, does look kind of cool. My son liked it. The umbrella does feel like it would hold up in strong winds. My only issue was the size once I pressed the button to close it. It was a lot bulkier than when I first took it out of the package and did not fold back down to its original size, which was a bit disappointing. I cannot imagine what it would be like if it had water on it. Its just a lot bigger overall when closed compared to a lot of other umbrellas I have had. However, I do believe its because the material its made out of is probably better and thus leads to a bulkier umbrella upon closing. Im sure if I meticulously folded it back down I could get it smaller, but who has time to do that when its raining and youre trying to get into your car as fast as you can. Thats my only reason for not giving it 5 stars. If I use it in the rain and find its just so amazing that not folding down to be more compact isnt a huge deal, I will definitely update my review.
