> 3 dayThe umbrella seems to be strong and well-built. It is longer than usual folding umbrellas but it is also VERY heavy. Much more than I would expect based on the item description online. It is stronger than a usual folding umbrella but much heavier. It folds back with an auto button which is nice, still you have to pull it more by hands to fold to the felded position completely.

09-06-2025I took this to Japan with me and used it on rainy and sunny days. It definitely is worth the price of not having another broken umbrella

Greater than one weekI’ve had the same totes lightweight auto open/close for years. With the CA weather—rain and wind every other week this winter the totes umbrella finally blew out. Took a lot of time looking at umbrellas on AMAZON and reading reviews and thank goodness I found this one. Very sturdy, beautiful and wind vents. Oh and lifetime warranty.

> 3 dayI will only get umbrellas that open and close at the touch of a button. This umbrella did not disappoint. It was very easy to open and close. It does take a little bit of pressure to pushback the stalk once it is collapsed but not much more than other umbrellas of this kind. I really liked the size of this umbrella, its larger than other push button umbrellas that Ive used. I also like the venting to help to keep it from inverting. I did try to simulate strong winds by swirling it around and it did invert. But it took some effort so I think under all but the windiest of days the venting will do its job to keep it from inverting. One final comment, I like that the pattern is on the UNDERSIDE of the umbrella where I can enjoy it! The black top keeps it from standing out but the design underneath is right where I want it, where I can see it! I knocked one star off simply because I was able to invert it and the umbrella claims to be windproof.

> 3 dayA little pricey, but worth it if you want a great umbrella.

> 3 dayI JUST CHANGED MY RATING OF THIS PRODUCT FROM 4 STARS TO 2 STARS. I gave it 2 stars because it is pretty as described and it is light weight. I gave it 4 stars before I actually used it. I believed what the seller wrote about it. I USED IT LAST NIGHT AND IT DID NOT HOLD UP TO LITE RAIN WITH 5-10 MPH WIND. IT IMMEDIATELY INVERTED ITSELF AND I PHYSICALLY PUT BACK INTO THE PROPER SHAPE AND HAD TO PRESS THE TOP OF MY HEAD TIGHTLY AGAINST THE FRAMEWORK AND MY HAND HAD TO GO UP THE SHAFT AS FAR AS IT COULD GO TO KEEP IT IN A FUNCTIONAL POSITION. Dont be fooled with the 70 mph wind rating, thats total BS. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH IT. MY 30 DAY RETURN IS OVER SO THERES NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT THAT.

> 3 dayThe TUMELLA umbrella is definitely a better quality umbrella than many others, however, it is at a higher price point than comparable items. It is made of study fabric and seems to withstand breezes well, as expected, and is attractive, solid black on the outside and printed on the inside. It is comparable to a Totes umbrella, however they are not as expensive as this one. All of the features, the handle and the mechanism to expand the umbrella, are well-designed and work wonderfully. Having tried it on a breezy day, I cant say how it would hold up in strong winds.

> 3 dayBlack on the outside, blue skies on the inside! A lovely look on a gray, rainy day!
